Delivery is available to the countries and territories available at checkout. We do not ship to Taiwan, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Cyprus, Nicaragua, India, Pakistan, or Greenland. Standard shipping is free. Express shipping costs USD 9, converted automatically and shown in your local currency at checkout where supported. The currency and shipping amount shown at checkout apply to your order. Taxes, customs duties, and import charges are separate from these shipping rates and are addressed below.

This Shipping Policy explains processing, transit, tracking, international shipments, customs charges, and delivery issues.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within one business day, equivalent to approximately 24 hours on business days.

Processing time begins after an order and payment have been successfully received and any necessary verification has been completed.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or unusually high-volume periods may begin processing on the next available business day.

Fulfillment Locations

Lervati serves customers in the countries and territories available at checkout; orders may be fulfilled from domestic or international fulfillment locations depending on inventory, destination, and product availability.

Products within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages.

This does not necessarily mean that any part of the order is missing.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the shipment has been processed by the applicable logistics network.

International tracking may take several days to display its first scan or update.

Temporary gaps between tracking updates are common during international transit and do not necessarily indicate that a parcel has stopped moving.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Unless taxes or import duties are expressly shown at checkout as included in the amount paid to Lervati, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lervati does not control charges imposed by customs authorities, local governments, postal services, or third-party carriers.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import rules.

If a shipment is rejected because the recipient refuses applicable customs charges, any refund will be evaluated after the shipment's status and associated costs are determined and subject to applicable consumer law.

Delays

International shipments may be delayed because of:

Tracking Shows Delivered but Package Was Not Received

Damaged Packages

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

1. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Lervati, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and the procedures for requesting a return, refund, replacement, or other remedy.

Lervati is operated by VELLYS COMPANY LLC.

14-Day Return Period

Unless a longer period is required by the laws applicable to you, customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.

This 14-day period is offered as our standard global return period.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must generally:

• Be unused, unworn, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
• Include original packaging, labels, accessories, and components where applicable.
• Show no signs of misuse, damage, alteration, washing, or excessive handling.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

How to Request a Return

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

International return shipping costs may be substantial. Please contact us before shipping anything.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In some cases, the cost of physically returning an international shipment may be disproportionate to the value of the product.

Where appropriate, Lervati may offer another solution, including a replacement, refund, partial refund, or credit without requiring a physical return.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever technically possible.

After the refund has been submitted, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Lervati cannot control banking processing times.

Refunds are issued in the transaction currency used for the original purchase. Exchange-rate differences, foreign transaction fees, and fees imposed by banks or card issuers are not controlled by Lervati and are generally not refundable by us.

Non-Returnable Items
